The CLS Board of Directors, comprised solely of CLS alumni, serves as an all-volunteer organization. With a membership ranging from eight to ten individuals, they actively engage in overseeing and supporting CLS operations. In addition, they also champion the program within the Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce, advocating for its values and contributions to the community. Board members commit to a two-year term, ensuring a steady flow of leadership and fresh perspectives. Terms begin in June of each even‐numbered year. Currently there are no term limits.
